Photon Now Directly Compatible with Garmin MFD’

Iris are thrilled to announce our Photon range of 4K Ultra Hi-Definition, Super Low Light Cameras are now compatible with Garmin Chartplotters following todays release of Garmin’s Q4 2026 Marine Software Update.

Featuring support for hi-def video streaming and full camera control, Photon is Plug and Play compatible across the following Garmin Chart-Plotter products:

(Please note, as Photon supports Power over Ethernet a Garmin PoE Isolating Coupler (part number: 010-10580-10) will be required on GMN models. PoE Isolation is not required on BlueNet MFDs)

As well as streaming video directly, you can also display Photons video in full 4K resolution on GPSMAP 8400/8600 and BlueNet (Garmin 9000 series) MFD’s via our IP2HDMI IP Video Stream to HDMI convertor.
